TAKE NOTICE that the Township Board and Township Planning Commission for Cohoctah Township, Livingston County, Michigan will hold a special meeting on January 24, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., at the Township Hall at 10518 Antcliff Rd. Fowlerville, MI 48836. The purpose of the special meeting will be to adjourn to closed session pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(h) to discuss a written confidential legal opinion with the Township’s attorney and to consider any other Township business that may come before the Township Board and/or Planning Commission.

This notice is posted in compliance with the Open Meetings Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
